StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab North Indy offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- NANatalie AtkinsJun 11, 20262.06/10/26 First, I want to shout out Tyrah, the practitioner that I worked with. She was kind, thorough, and mindful! I felt great when I left. The reasons I won't return to this location are: 1. Inconsistency in communication of the location. The website shows one address, and their email communications showed a different address - I don't know if this "new" location is permanent (I hope not) 2. The suite that Stretch Lab is currently in is impersonal, small, and informal. When I walked in straight to the left I could see them having maybe a team meeting/training, but immediately outside of that room was a stretch table. 3. Upon arrival, there was an employee on the floor eating in the room that I apparently was getting a body scan in Just be mindful when selecting this location.
