  We have been here twice. We will not return. All the exam rooms are in one big open room with dividers in between. So anyone back there can hear and see everything. HIPAA is nonexistent. There were two random kids in the “play area” who watched my son’s entire exam. From x-rays, to the dental cleaning!! The hygienist was not friendly. She didnt explain next steps, and kept walking away leaving you wondering what’s going on. She repeatedly hit the button for the chair to raise or lower and walked away!!! It is very unsafe, especially raising it while the back was reclining too far, and she had to run in and stop it. (my son was holding on for dear life.) Not a kid friendly environment. There is no music playing, it’s very quiet, and very weird vibes. Lastly, they don’t verify insurance until the day of. So if you have any Issues with your insurance, your appointment will be canceled. Because of course you don’t have enough time to make the phone calls, have the faxs sent, etc.(my last appt before today was canceled) Today, as we were in the waiting room, the receptionist called my insurance company, asking questions on how to bill my dependent, etc. Read my policy number and insurance info aloud for the entire waiting room to hear! Only to check out sfter the appt and them say I have no insurance!! Everyone was confused and had to rerun the paperwork with my ACTIVE insurance. This place has no privacy, no joy and is not kid friendly. The dentist was the only one with personality, but he is the person you spend the least amount of time with. We will not return. I do not trust this office with my child.

  Amazing!!!! Is the first word that comes to mind when I talk about the dentist himself and the support staff. My son is autistic and everyone else turned him away because they couldn’t “deal” with him. These guys are soooo patient, gentle and loving. I would highly recommend for anyone with children that may not do so well at the dentist.

  I took my son (~2 years old) to his first dentist appointment today. We had such a great experience with Dr. Morgan and his staff. My son didn't want to leave or stop playing with the toys in the office! The staff went above and beyond with resolving issues we were experiencing with my insurance provider. True white glove service. They went the extra mile! We are looking forward to continuing our journey as patients at Pediatric Dentistry North.

  Very clean dentist office and staff were great with my three year old son first visit at the dentist and made sure his was comfortable
