I had an outstanding experience with Shannon at LensCrafters. From the moment I walked in, Shannon was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to carefully explain my options, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What stood out most was her attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. She helped me find frames that fit both my style and comfort, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Her customer service was top-tier, and it’s clear she takes pride in helping people feel confident in their eyewear choices.
If you visit LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for Shannon. She provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Wonderful experience at LensCrafters! I've not worn glasses before, so this was all new to me. Charles made it quite enjoyable. He was very patient with me and made helpful suggestions on fit, style and price. I eagerly await my new glasses, ( ordered two pair.) CS

I spoke with Charles today. & I’m not sure what the issue what but I only wanted to order a pair of Prada’s that I found online. I went in Saturday and they told me to call for assistance. I called and tried to explain to Charles I could not get my insurance to be charged. After continued conversation for some reason he was rude. I told him I should not have to come back in again and again when gas is $5 a gallon. He hung up on me and I called back and got him again and he said he hung up because I wouldn’t listen. I told him that’s bad customer service when all I wanted is to order glasses and I hung up on him. I will call corporate but I’m sure this isn’t his first time doing this so nothing will be done!

I want to thank this LensCrafters location and especially Alex for repairing my glasses after I lost a nose pad and needed some screws replaced. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and comfortable with my new glasses. It did not take long at all and I think I got better parts than the originals. 10/10 recommended.

The service was great, they were quick understanding and informative. They were considerate on letting me help translate for my relative. When taking our order the guy helping us Alex at the end was very helpful on explaining how the process would go. Will definitely go again to get a new set of glasses.
Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique
How do I know if my child needs glasses?
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
