He listened carefully to what I wanted in the frame and lenses. He did not rush me. I did not tell him a specific type of frame or the amount of my budget. I hoped for a purple color frame and the first frame he showed me was purple. The frame was in my cost range so I selected it. There was a special pricing for lenses being half off. The total cost was approximately $150 less than what I had budgeted. Since my lenses are complicated, the frame was sent offsite, and Hugh told me that it may take two weeks to complete my order. This time estimate was similar to my past experience with other dealers. I was pleasantly surprised that my glasses were ready in six days. I have been wearing my new glasses for one day. The frame is comfortable. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
