- JMJeff MJun 12, 20221.0The quality of service at Kroger pharmacy has gone from excellent to terrible. Their automatic refill service is totally inaccurate when it even works. To call in for a refill was automated and fairly reliable but now you talk into a machine that didn’t even offer necessary services. The pharmacists and counter staff are wonderful but very understaffed. Whoever is in control of Kroger pharmacy is incompetent and clueless.
