- PPPajamieSep 13, 20252.0I’m honestly so tired of dealing with Kroger Pharmacy. Every single month, at least one of my prescriptions is out of stock. It never fails. I go to refill something and get told they have to order it, then I’m stuck waiting days for medication I need. It’s stressful knowing this keeps happening over and over. If someone gets the same prescriptions regularly, they should be able to count on the pharmacy to have them ready. The app also asks what time you want your refill ready, but it’s almost never ready at that time. What’s the point of offering that option if it doesn’t mean anything? The staff is usually nice, which is why I gave two stars instead of one, but the constant stock issues and delays are beyond frustrating.
