Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

I don’t really know why all the interactions I had with the people here were rude. Firstly on the phone, didn’t really seem like they wanted to help answer my questions to get my script. I normally get my script delivered but I had an issue I needed to get a same day medication for.
I get there about an hour later & I got stared at blankly when I was giving my information, then ignored and told for the next person to come up. I heard maybe something about 10 minutes but I genuinely couldn’t tell if I was being talked to or if the staff were talking to each other about something else, which is why I continued standing at the window waiting…
They seemed really inconvenienced by just me being there, and even though this is the Kroger location I frequent for groceries, I don’t particularly want to interact with the pharmacy staff again. I don’t remember who was on the phone but the woman at the counter was Jenny. I don’t know, I’m not asking to be greeted with a ton of energy or anything, just some basic straightforward communication about my medication would have been nice.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this location.
Every time I need a medication refill, they treat it as if it’s some kind of criminal investigation. They repeatedly contact my doctors, delay prescriptions, and withhold medications for weeks at a time. Even after my doctors call multiple times to confirm and approve the prescription, they still find reasons not to fill it.
I am currently battling Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), a severe neurological disease that left me unable to walk and unable to properly use my hands for months. These medications are not optional—they are part of my treatment and recovery. Despite this, this pharmacy continues to create unnecessary obstacles and delays.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have had absolutely no issues with any other pharmacy or with prescriptions from the many specialists involved in my care. This problem only occurs here. In the past, they have been told directly by my doctors that my prescriptions are legitimate and should be filled, yet the same issues continue to happen over and over again.
The delays become so extreme that I often have no choice but to cancel the prescription, transfer it to another pharmacy, and have it filled there without any problems.
I will be contacting management and corporate leadership until someone addresses this issue. Patients should not have to fight this hard to receive medications that have already been prescribed and approved by their doctors.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This pharmacy has been my go-to for over 5 years and even now that my insurance doesn’t cover them-I choose to have one of my daily medications filled here with a coupon because they always have it in stock and they are always professional, courteous, timely, friendly, honest, and all around hard working staff members. They CARE about what they do and it shows! Thank you guys for always being willing to help and support your community. I’ll be a customer for life!
