I was nervous since I had some extensive eyes healthcare history, but took the time to do all the testing and will work on getting my previous records to follow up. Some of the items were more thoroughly explained that I had at previous practices, which also help put me at ease. I appreciate all the staff being welcoming and helpful for the entire process!

E.G. when informing them about different issues going on with my eyes, they would just say don’t worry you just need glasses.. like I know I need glasses that’s why I’m here, I’m seeking a little more clarity but anyways lol i ended up googling Tavel and thought I clicked their number to call but ended up speaking with infinity and the lady I spoke with with so helpful even after I told her I accidentally called she offered to find the correct number to Tavel for me. I immediately asked if they accepted my insurance she looked it up and said yes we do long story trying to make it short she scheduled me in the same day. Everyone was so knowledgeable and welcoming also the doctor showed me all my eye images in detail and explained what they do, mean and what they can prevent.. I was immediately mind blown 🤯 I’m not sure how long they’ve been around but I’m bummed at myself for taking this long to find them. Thank you all for the outstanding service
