- SCSteven G Chen2 days ago5.0In the last 7 years, I have sought eye care at a different private practice which closed with no notice, Eye Glass World which was a disaster, and Lens Crafters which was expensive and made me feel like I was at a car dealership. I am a new customer at Infinity Eye Care. I received outstanding care and service during my appointment. The technician was professional, engaging, thorough, and thoughtful. The doctor was efficient, decisive, and knowledgeable. The sales staff was friendly, outgoing, accommodating, and engaged. Despite wearing eye glasses over 40 years, I learned new information at this appointment. I had an annual eye exam, a diabetic exam, and ordered both new eye glass frames and contact lenses. The contact lenses were significantly less expensive than the price I paid at Lens Crafters (my previous provider). And they arrived several days earlier than the box I had ordered over a week prior from Lens Crafters. I recommend Infinity Eye Care wholeheartedly and without reservation. I have finally found my permanent eye care provider!

I’d be living with discomfort beyond general blurriness for a very long time and it was Dr. Snyder that proposed possible dry eyes, and has been working hard to help. She’s always patient and gives both advice and options so I have some say in my care rather than just being told what to do. The assistants are also always great. There’s no way to make things like the air puff pleasant, but they are understanding and try to get it done as quick as possible. The front staff is also great!
