  Today I had a very disappointing interaction at this location. The gentleman working, heavy set, glasses, dark beard was so incredibly rude. I came in attempting to do an exchange, he huffed and puffed and said he was new and didn’t know how to do that. I said ok no worries, I’ve worked retail before, maybe I can help. He made another snide comment before finding my transaction. He then started the refund process, but couldn’t figure out how to do an exchange. I politely asked if there was a manager he could call, or maybe another store he could call. He declined. I left with a product I do not want that is not the right fit for me (he recommended it to me initially a couple weeks ago), and without the product I came in to purchase instead. Given the price point of these items, there’s a good chance people will want to come in to do exchanges. Your employees should be fully trained, or managers should be reachable if an untrained employee is working alone in the store. Super unprofessional. I will take mine and my husband’s business elsewhere going forward.

  Always appreciate the fact that not only do the employees go above and beyond to assist you, but also are well knowledged about their products. Shout out to Michael for answering my questions and helping me make a good decision on what to buy based on my physical fit journey.

  Staff was quick with helping me find my product and amiable as well making this a pleasant visit. Great place to get quality products and meet good folk!
