The doctor took his time explaining how the eye works, the importance of diet and nutrients for eye health, and gave me three different prescription options without making me feel rushed. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. One of the ladies helped me look at frames before my appointment, and Tammy helped me pick out the cutest pair afterward! She was patient, helpful, and made the experience really enjoyable. I’ve been going to a downtown Chicago optical place for the last 15 years, so I was nervous this location wouldn’t compare — but they absolutely set the bar high. I’ll definitely be back!

- MMMike MaslanMay 7, 20261.0The Eye Doctor himself was great. The folks on the retail side of the operation were the worst. One day shy of a month to get one pair of glasses. The one who has "been doing this for 40 years" was concentrating more on selling me another pair rather than making sure this purchased pair was properly fitting and adjusted. I finally had to say "let's get this one right first". What else turned me off: The "Back in 20 Min." sign on the door when I arrived. Then the clerk reeking of smoke when opening the door. (Apparently, I interrupted the company smoke break at 2:45PM). Never sat down to see if they fit or I could see. I had to request something to see if I could read. Just kind of a "here you go thing". Sorry. never again. You lost your chance.
