  Dr Ferguson is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Ferguson because he really cares for his patients. He explains complicated issues in easy to understand terms. His office staff is very friendly and and welcoming.

  Everybody is so nice and professional Jillian was so nice and so helpful gave us so much Information About glasses My husband first time wearing glasses. She was the best answer all his questions.

  Zero stars for service. Dr. is good but as far as his staff, horrible. Desk workers and Assistants (besides one) has the worst attitudes. One assistant loves to assume for you and every time I call I get the voice of someone that is dreading to talk and do their job. Won’t ever come back here.

  It is very easy to schedule and reschedule an appointment if necessary. The receptionist staff was warm over the phone. Having Saturday hours makes attending appointments even easier especially at a time where it seems most physicians are reducing hours here and there even cutting evening hours. Upon arrival the staff is attentive and prepared for check-in. The support staff I encountered for Dr. was efficient and kind. The advanced technology used during the routine eye exam made the whole process smooth and comfortable. For a Wednesday appointment at 1015am I waited no longer than 2 minutes to be called back and was out the door by 1048. Typically I have seen Dr. James Ferguson, who I have always felt to be kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. At this visit I had the opportunity to see Dr. Liam Ferguson and I must say I am glad I had this opportunity. Dr. Liam Ferguson was just as kind, considerate, efficient, and knowledgeable. He didnt make me feel rushed or as if I was just another dollar through the door. He listened to my concerns and clearly explained my prescription and next steps. I highly recommend this practice and think that whichever physician you get to see - youll be in good hands.
