  I had some fillings done about 2 years ago. ALL OF THEM BROKE AND OR FELL OUT. I have 20yo fillings that are fantastic. This dentist did a shitty job and the dentist was an arrogant dude with the worst bedside manner.

  Never understood why they get so upset when people can’t make it to their appointment that’s so weird like be forreal people do have jobs and other situations going on but it doesn’t give yall the right to get so upset and rude

  I had an accident/fall, damaging my front tooth, I was so scared to go to any dentist but the ladies on the phone at Broad Smile were so kind and patient with all of my questions and emotions. Dr. Schnepf and Lesley were also very thorough, non-judgemental yet honest, and very compassionate. They were able to extract my fractured tooth, no pain or swelling after, and get me my new pearly white the next day, which fits great and my smile looks better than before the accident. 10/10 recommend. Kudos to Cindy, Christy, Lesley, and Doctor, by my 3rd visit I was excited to go to the dentist for the first time in my life. Will be making the whole family go there.

  Don’t get your dentures from here . The lab they sent them to doesn’t know how to make dentures. And I was just told that my immediates are my permanent dentures . And I can’t even talk to my dentist. They suck at making dentures, only good for pulling out your teeth. They just want your money.

  They have a great and friendly staff,top to bottom. Respectful,understanding,and down to earth attitudes. Highly recommend them.
