All three staff members were encouraging and the environment was supportive and fun. Kiera - can't say enough about her. She was thorough and detailed and you can tell she knows what she's doing. 10/10 recommend The inserts are pricey, but considering how much pain is relieved, the warranty and how your body isn't getting younger and needs better support as it ages - just do it.
