  I joined Club Pilates last July and I continue to surprise myself at how much I enjoy classes. Each class is so inclusive for fitness level/medical conditions. Staff is so friendly and encouraging. I do have to say Melanie and Jordan are my favorite instructors. Their direction and knowledge is empowering.

  I put that I was interested on their website, had them call and text me multiple times insisting I get signed up, great, I thought that was so nice. I asked for their schedule and could see literally every class has a waitlist of multiple people long, so clearly they want me to sign up so they can get money on a membership you only MIGHT be able to use. I found it very manipulative and honestly they were pretty rude when I tried asking questions and pretty much their response was “people get off the wait list” which might be true sometimes but there is no way it’s true all of the time and not helpful at all.

  The staff is very nice but the classes are almost impossible to get into unless you are retired and can just go whenever you'd like. Classes regularly have around 7 other people waiting on the list, its ridiculous. And now...I have to wait 3 months to cancel the membership I can't really even use.
