  My actual experience was great. I wasn't kept waiting, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. However, my scheduling experience was very bad. After first calling, I received an automatic text notification that my appointment was scheduled for the wrong day. So I had to call and correct that. Then while texting with the staff, I asked about another location in case I needed to reschedule. Suddenly, I got an automatic text notification that my existing appointment had been canceled, even though I never said that I wanted it canceled. Luckily, I happened to text with the staff at a time they were actively responding, and an appointment had just opened up the following day so I had one then. But overall, the scheduling process felt unnecessarily complicated and had a few concrete mistakes and blatant miscommunications.

  My 1st time very nice people and very quick and springing everything to you and doing the test did not buy nothing could not afford the hearing aids
