StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Granger offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I can’t remember how I was paired with Dima, but I feel lucky that happened. He’s fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and invested in my progress, which is such a great motivating factor. The customer service is excellent, and the desk staff is friendly and helpful. When I signed up for a membership, they were very clear about how to cancel or pause if I ever need to, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. Getting to StretchLab Granger is a hike for me, but it’s worth it, as is the financial investment. (Also, the music is great!) I highly recommend checking it out, whatever your needs or fitness level. You’ll be happy you did.
