  Sign on the door said gone till 6pm randomly. Still not open at 615pm

  I would love to review this store but we were unable to get in. A sign on the door said closed 2-2:30. As of 2:50, there are multiple cars in the parking lot waiting to get in, BUT the door is still locked. Wanted to be more positive than other reviews, but how can I be when they are all accurate. Don't waste your time driving here... you can't get in.

  Whoever manages this store does a shitty job. This place is never opened on time. It is 10:52am and this store says it opens at 10. This has happened on multiple occasions. The employees are rude, and if the blonde shorter lady is the manager you guys got some issues keeping her employed. She is always on her phone talking on the phone or texting in store, she just expects you to know everything about every product and it is the end of the world when you ask her a simple question. Shes got the worst attitude ever!!!! Worst management in this goshen location, the mall location is no better. Why is GNC still in business? Gone downhill with these employees you got.

  I have tried to visit this GNC location two times now and each time it says we'll return shortly waited over 30 minutes each time. And still no one ever opened the locked door! 😔

  The posted store hours for Saturday say 10am; however three times now I have shown up on a Saturday morning and the store has been closed. If it was once - ok, sure. Emergencies happen or someone called off and there was no coverage. But three times? Not a good business practice.
