At registration I was having a difficult time getting registered and having to self pay was made easy to understand with the help of MaryRuth at the front desk she was awesome a big help and very patient with me ultimately helping me to get signed in and able to see the Dr. Once I was able to see the Dr I was impressed by FNP Kaitlyn Gilbert’s bed side manner she made me feel comfortable and was very kind and understanding my medical needs. There is a pharmacy onsite which is a big plus and I have become a patient looking forward to having all of my medical care taken care of at this location in Lake Station IN. Thank you all from front to back office.

She always genuinely shows she cares and listen to me because she remember things I told her my last visit from months ago so it was great knowing she actually listened and wasn’t just there to do her do her job.
