Both the technician and the doctor were very friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions. 1000% happy with that part. The second part of the visit was picking out and ordering glasses... we were very unhappy with how the first lady who started waiting on us stopped working with us to wait on a different customer leaving us just sitting there. Finally a different associate came and offered to help and finished our order. The first lady (heavy set older gal) never even came back and apologized for just getting up and leaving. That was poor service!
