- SKShelby KnottApr 23, 20261.0The ladies doing the check in for eye exams are very rude and, they don’t know what they’re doing!! They said I wasn’t covered under my husband’s insurance and that they personally called and they told her I wasn’t covered either. I called my Insurance company as soon as I left and they told me I was covered. So I called the eye place back and she decided to talk over me and not listen to anything I said. I just called another eye place and they had no problem finding my insurance and setting up an appointment for me and my daughter!! Do not recommend!

But I could reschedule for a different time. WHAT??? I should have been made aware of this when the appointment was made! Poor poor management!!

She also helped with my second pair that I was able to get same day!! I have pretty bad vision and have never been able to get a pair of glasses same day, highly recommend and I’ll be back to get my sunglasses as well
