I have been a patient at this office for serval years and during my most recent visit for my annual eye exam, I was treated very poorly. The lady I was dealing with when I was checking in for my eye exam made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a loyal patient. Her attitude was bad and very unwelcoming!!!!! I was uncomfortable with her asking me personal questions I didn’t feel like she needed to know because she’s not the doctor.I have always loved coming to this office and the ladies at the front desk are always nice and welcoming. I have never dealt with this lady before I’m not sure if she’s new or what. I really hope the management will take this feedback seriously so nobody else has this same experience as I had today.
