  Your appointment will never happen within an hour of the scheduled time. And they will make you come in for an appointment to read your results to you, instead of calling you with them, which would be much less a pain.

  Dr Lopez is amazing, but your billing staff is rude and argumentative the African American woman I talked to is very abrasive and rude. Kindness and understanding goes much further.

  Dr. Nelson is one of the most caring doctors I’ve met. She took care of my situation and QUICKLY! She made sure I was taken care of. I will be able to have my scheduled surgery on time, not another reschedule! The entire staff bent over backwards and I can’t say enough about my experience!

  if i could give below one star or minus i would ..the lady at reception is the rudest woman i have ever came across in the city of fort wayne .drove 2 hours to see the heart doctor forgot my insurance card .im fully aware they can look the numbers up..or i could have just called home for the number.but her attitude should be left at home when coming into the work place.i needed refills on heart medication along with a follow up of having 3 stents put in and well she definatly just caused my pressure to go up ..i would not recommend this place till they get rid of her..the other ladies were nice though..they tried to explain in a more professional form..unlike her wish i wouldve gotten her name
