  I’m frustrated with the lack of consistency at this location. The Kroger app often gives one pickup date, but when I arrive, the pharmacy system shows something completely different, claiming the scripts aren't ready yet. It seems like their internal systems don't sync up, which leads to wasted trips. On top of the tech issues, the drive-thru frequently closes 5-10 minutes before the posted closing time. Trying to call for clarity is just as difficult; you have to fight through a virtual operator and then endure long hold times. The staff seems exhausted and overworked, which I sympathize with, but management needs to address these system errors and staffing gaps. It’s becoming very difficult to manage prescriptions here. I have used this pharmacy now for over three years and the same issues keep happening.

  Severely understaffed which is why they're so slow I suppose.
