The office staff was great but the doctor got angry when I tried to address an issue I was having and said is this a contact fitting or an office visit? I booked an office visit and then was asked at check in if I wanted the contact exam so said yes. She was rude, did not listen at all (had to repeat things multiple times), read the letters to me and asked if I could see them, and then sent me back to the lobby after about 4 minutes tops.I still don’t know what’s wrong with my eye so now I have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. I will not go back.
