i have enjoyed 1.5 years of classes at the Fishers location. There are some excellent instructors but trying to get into their classes is next to impossible. i have been waitlisted too many time and am not getting my classes in as I would like. I tried to talk to the manager and their solution is to increase my membership to unlimited so I can book further in advance. I do not feel like paying more as I do not plan on increasing the number of classes I take. So, my only option is to cancel my membership and go elsewhere. If you are getting ready to sign as a member, please recognize that those classes are full and you will be waitlisted. You will not get the instructor at times that you want, making the monthly fee extremely expensive for the limited classes you can get in.

MEAN GIRL INSTRUCTOR! I'm sure this studio is fine and not all instructors are this way. However, my experience with Jillian was not great. I was not greeted when I arrived, and took it upon myself to say hello and that I was there for the first time with class pass. This was not followed up by any welcoming or questions on how to accommodate me or if I'm familiar with Pilates. Just "what's your name?" followed by an "okay" when I told her. Then, once I took my spot at a machine and class began, Jillian began talking to the class about her experience teaching at the new Noblesville location. She talked trash about having to teach beginners who "have never taken reformer Pilates before and have no clue what they're doing" and even mocked how they were asking her "what do I do?" It's a new studio, you'd probably assume there were some new people joining. She told us she had to go through an entire bag of throat drops from "having to talk through the entire class for four hours telling everyone what to do".... isn't that the instructor's job? Mind you, this was only my second time ever doing reformer Pilates. So this made me very nervous to do anything wrong or ask for any help. I didn't end up needing it though, because the class wasn't even challenging. Barely broke a sweat or felt a burn.

The Pilates classes themselves were nice, but their management and billing system are an absolute horror show. I canceled my membership two years ago, and they have not stopped trying to charge my card since. They attempt to process payments multiple times a week—sometimes up to 10 times in a single day. Thank goodness I had to permanently block them through my bank, but my inbox is still flooded with hundreds of failed payment emails. Over the last 24 months, I have contacted this location and corporate dozens and dozens of times. Every few months there is a "change in management." The current manager always smiles, apologizes, and falsely assures me it’s finally taken care of—only for the charge attempts to start right back up a week later. When I complain, the local branch just passes the buck and gives me a corporate number. I have left countless messages for corporate, and they have never once called me back or helped. The utter lack of organization, competence, and basic customer service here is terrifying. Enjoy the classes, but absolutely do not trust these people with your credit card or banking information. They will haunt your finances forever.
