  Highly recommend this gym. I travel for work and was in town for 2 weeks. I purchased a month pass with 24hr access to train while in town (the month was cheaper than any 2-week pass at crunch, bobs, or other nearby gyms). Staff are super friendly and great to talk to. Equipment is awesome! It is an old school vibe, so don’t expect brand new machines, but some of the older machines are even better than new machines. Anytime I come into town I’ll be training here!

  This is a gym for serious & kind people who are dedicated to fitness and powerlifting. I love this gym for the atmosphere and the wide range of available equipment.

  Nice lay out. Staff and patrons are supportive. Can avoid crowds by attending during extended hours. Fantastic selection of free weights.
