Cory took his time walking me through the entire fitting process -- explaining what was actually causing the aches and pains in my feet, where the pressure was going wrong, and how the right inserts could correct not just the pain but the underlying structure of my arch. What struck me most was how much I learned. I walked out with a completely different understanding of why proper footwear matters -- not just for comfort, but for how poor support ripples up through your ankles, legs, hips, and back. That context made the whole experience feel genuinely valuable, not just a sales visit. While I have not yet purchased the ortho inserts, the improvement I felt during just that short visit was undeniable. The pain relief and support were immediately noticeable, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about how good my feet felt. I look forward to returning and do business with Cory soon.
