Tried to return them after one week but was refused. However, they did take one pair back out of four. They told me I needed a note from my podiatrist before I could return the rest. Funny, I didn't need a note to buy them. Save your money, over $1500 for 4 inserts. I paid $200 right out of the gate but I've refused to pay anymore since they refused the return.
