Highly discourage eye exams at this location. I visited for a contact lens exam, but the increased prescription they provided was far too powerful, leaving my vision blurry and distorted. I returned a few days later to resolve the issue, and despite my own mistake in scheduling the wrong day, the staff told me to wait so they could squeeze me in. However, after waiting, they didn't even bother to re-examine my eyes or verify the test results. Instead of taking the time to ensure my vision was corrected properly, they simply suggested reverting to my old prescription. This lack of diligence is a major inconvenience and shows they do not take patient care seriously. I highly do not recommend getting your vision checked here if you value accuracy and professional service. The entire experience was a waste of time and money, leaving me without the clear vision I paid for.

Facility was clean and employees were polite. My issue was within the bill. WAY over priced even with insurance. Was charged $89 just for glasses prescription and then another $75 for contact prescription. Was not given the option to refuse the $39 photography. Walked out with a $203 bill, $106 out of pocket. I’ll be going elsewhere

If you call ask for office manager, Francesca, she was quick, simple, professional, and resolve the problem I had on the phone with the other person along with getting a note to the doctor in confirmation to call me back

Thank you to Kian for the making the selection of my new glasses the best experience possible, Sam for her advice and help, and last, but definitely not least, Dr. Megan Alberts for the best experience i have ever had with any Doctor in my life! She was extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and fixed a problem with my eyes that no one has been able to do in over 30 years! I recommend everyone go to lenscrafters for a truly world class experience! Thank you again!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
