  i was talking with one of the people that help with fitting the glasses, her name was Amelia i believe and she was so sweet! she was searching for clear glasses for me and gathered up some when i was getting my exams done and we talked about how we do whimsy things in our free time and we talked about books too, it was great!! definitely one of the workers there to connect with the people

  Aja at LensCrafters in Eastland Mall (800 N Green River Rd) is the reason this visit didn’t turn into another generic mall optical slog. She actually listened, didn’t rush the frame try-on, and treated the prescription like it mattered instead of just another ticket. She walked me through lens options without the usual upsell fog — what I needed versus what they were pushing that week — and explained coatings, Transitions, and fit in plain English. Frames weren’t “whatever’s on the wall.” She pulled styles that actually worked for my face and daily use, adjusted them on the spot, and double-checked the fit instead of waving me toward the register. Insurance and pricing were handled without the usual runaround. Questions got answered the first time. The store itself is the standard LensCrafters setup inside Eastland, but the difference was the person running the floor that day. If you’re going to the Evansville Eastland location, skip the lottery and request Aja. That’s the whole review.

  The young lady that helped me today was incredibly nice and professional. She knew exactly what needed to be done and made the process very smooth and quick.
