  If there was an option to give a half star, I would actually rate this visit a 4.5 stars instead of 5, but I feel like the experience was closer to a 5 than a 4, so here we are. My slight problem was that no one let me know that the office had moved in the year since my last exam, so we went to the old location (now a colorectal surgery center; definitely NOT what I needed). I googled them to see where they had moved to and I just gave my husband, who is also my driver, the directions to the new spot. The new building was much nicer. It just felt cleaner. The one complaint about the building is that the entrance is not very handicap accessible. I am currently in a wheelchair, as I was last year at the old building. Neither building is equipped with the electronic buttons that handicapped patients can push to have the door open automatically. Now for the good: 1.) Dr. Albert's was phenomenal, as usual. I love her spirit and her no nonsense way of telling you what's going on behind the scenes with your eyes. I have been diabetic since 1999, and that can cause a lot of vision problems as one ages, but so far I'm doing good, and she always makes sure that I know what's going on before I leave her office, which is great. 2.) Heather, who has been with them since February, did all of my pre-testing so that Dr. Albert's had everything she needed when she called me back. She also passed my insurance card and papers I had to sign to the lady behind the receptionist desk instead of my husband having to push me back and forth several times. 3.) The lady who put together a package for the frames I picked out, did a wonderful job with what she had to work with out of my insurance and my prescription. Overall, it was a much better experience since they moved locations and got rid of Ms. Personality!

  Dr Albert's was quick with exam, very knowledgeable. Staff are courteous & efficient.

  The Doctor was very nice, however the office staff made it a bad visit. They were more focused on going home than they were about taking care of customers. I can not recommend this place to anyone. The selection of frames was extremely limited also.
