  BUYER BEWARE: If you are going here to get your lenses replaced and you have a pair of frames near and dear to your heart, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was in a pinch and went here with a pair of frames I bought last year from another optician. They really tried to convince me to buy frames from them- I said no, I spent a lot of money on the ones I had, and I loved them. They were high-quality too, and most of the frames at their store were pretty crappy quality. They didn’t want to take no for an answer. They warned me there was a chance my frames would break during the lens replacement and had me sign a waiver that they weren’t responsible to replace them. However, they assured me that since the frames were fairly new and in good condition, there shouldn’t be a problem. I leave the store, they call me 10 minutes later to tell me they broke the frames. I came back to the store. They had nothing like the frames I had and kept pushing me to get something in a different style. I declined and got a refund on the lenses. I returned to the optician I bought my original frames at and they told me the frames shouldn’t have broken- it would have taken either gross incompetence or intention for them to break the way they did. Never going back.

  I was a new customer walk in and they treated me very good and they were very busy and managed to work me in. The glasses selection was good too. I needed safety glasses and they had a good selection.

  I was greeted as I entered the store. Kit welcomed me. Kyle then showed right up and we worked together through the rest of the process. He was very present and confident. In his work. This helped me feel we had chosen the right frames for me. When I returned to pick up my glasses Kyle was there to help. What a super experience . I will go back again to Eye Mart Express, In Evansville, Indiana. Thank you Kyle.
