Called and got info over the phone, was able to trade a larger wheelchair in and receive some credit towards another more appropriate chair. Lots of great help - bought a nearly new one for less than I thought I would have to spend. Bonus - it's in Mom's favorite color!

He isn’t there often, and a woman who runs things is all cold business. The prices are higher than they should be, not a deal and the woman offers no options to talk with the owner or plan to make things workable. I have made donations to them in the past, but no more. I’ve seen no effort to really help friends going through hard times from serious medical equipment needs when I took them there.
