  The optometrist was excellent, but the experience with the retail staff completely overshadowed the visit. The service here is horrible and they just don't seem to care! Because of the store's mistake, I now have to make another trip to have my lenses replaced. Something was etched on my lens that I did not ask for. That's a significant inconvenience, especially after paying for designer frames. To make matters worse, I wasn't even given the case that should have come with them. I don't need the staff to be "cool", I need them to know what they're doing!

  I worked with Leigha she help me through me being indecisive on what I should get, she keep a great conversation along the way and to top it all off Her and Her coworkers educated me on my eye prescription. Hands down won me over will start being a repeated customer
