  We had a very seamless experience. Their choice of different style of frames was very good. It was just under an hour to get our glasses. The best part was that the second pair was free. Can’t really beat that. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

  Dr. Baird is great, the staff is great and my family’s glasses & contacts have always been great. We have gone here for a few years now. Four people in my family had appointments in July. My kids got contacts & I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover contacts until September, but I was trying out different lenses than I previously had, so I had some trials. I finished out my old contacts and over the weekend, just opened the trial boxes. I realized the box for my left eye contained 10 daily lenses, but the box for my right eye (due to astigmatism) only contained 5 daily lenses. I called to ask if I could get another 5 for my right eye to match the left. “No we don’t do that,” is what I was told. Even if I plan to order contacts in September when my insurance will cover them? “I’m sorry, we can’t do that,” I was told again. So, do I throw away the extra left lenses? Do I wear the right lenses twice, but the left only once? Are 5 trail pair enough to decide if these are the lenses I want to order? I just find it absolutely crazy that they can’t spare a box of 5 trial lenses, so I can have enough to finish out the 10 lenses from the other box! AND I have 20 more days before I can order so insurance will cover them! 😡
