  It was a good appointment with Michele! She cleaned my hiring aids and put new wax guards in. She answered a few questions about the hearing aids. She is a awesome lady. Ron

  Worst experience ever. They won’t file my insurance up front which would be the difference of me paying $2557 And $248. I can’t afford to pay out of pocket but they don’t care Gina who’s been doing this for 40 years was very un caring. When I spoke with someone with corporate they said they would call me back however they have not. I have two insurance companies my husband and I both work good jobs however can’t afford my hearing Aids they won’t even work with you. Oh and I’ve reached my deductible and am 1240 dollars away from my max out of pocket.

  I have been a customer of Darr Hearing at Elkhart for 6 years and could not be more satisfied with the service I have been given. They have always been available for me and took care of any adjustment or service very timely. It has been great to finally hear what is going on around me. Would recommend them to anyone needing a hearing adjustment.

  Michelle is awesome and very knowledgeable! I like that if she doesnt know the answer she calls the hearing aid company and quickly gets the answer while you are there. I also loved that the price of hearing aids includes warranty and all checkups. I also like that she is able to shape the hearing aid molds in house the same day if they dont fit right.
