The VNA of Northwest Indiana has been a provider of older adult services for more than 50 years. As a nonprofit hospice provider, we give care to anyone and everyone regardless of their ability to pay, in their home, nursing facility, hospital or in our Horton Hospice Center in Valparaiso. The VNA of NWI is also the Meals on Wheels provider for Porter County, provides LifeLine alert systems, and offers the Phoenix Center for children and teens experiencing grief. We are also launching a comprehensive palliative care program.
