  Greg was exceptionally sensitive to my fear, sadness and hopeless frustration during our meeting and his professional evaluation. I had experienced a different company hearing aids and was frustrated for many years because my tinnitus overwhelmed me and I accepted that nothing would work. I had not realized that I had unconsciously avoided conversations for a long time. Essentially, I was 'dropping out'. A family member had success with Miracle Ear and made me an appointment. Greg's evaluation of my hearing and graphic analysis on the computer screen helped me understand what I needed to overcome the barriers. His demonstration with the hearing aids and computer adjustment of my needs were unbelievably effective. I cried. My family cried. Greg cried too. When I have Miracle Ear in both ears the tinnitus is effectively reduced and I can't believe I can hear myself breathe, heard birds chirping, heard a commercial plane very high in the sky. I can hear my little family members calling for me! I'm overwhelmed with joy! Thank you Greg and Miracle Ear in Crown Point for your professional expertise and especially for your kindness helping me understand that I was missing so much. My new Miracle Ear hearing aids are a wonderful gift to me!

  I had no idea of what I was missing until took the hearing test. Greg was very kind, helpful & encouraging throughout the exam.

  The devices are top notch, but the Crown Point location underwent changes that greatly diminished the service provided by the technicians. Three times I was told to wait for a phone call that never came. I didn't know what I didn't know about hearing aids and now realize that I didn't receive the right support. Scheduled an appt at another location and had a very positive experience: sound, clarity, and fit were tested, reviewed, and refined. I didn't feel like a bother, and the tech scheduled my 6 month check-in while I was there. Caleb at the Olympia Fields, IL location is whom I can wholeheartedly recommend.
