Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing and in-home care for medically complex children and adults across Bartholomew County, with our office in Columbus, IN. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including skilled nursing and Personal Attendant Services for daily living support. Indiana residents may qualify for in-home attendant care through state Medicaid programs. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Indiana Medicaid, and other insurance to manage authorizations and care planning — including complex and overnight cases. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, continuing education, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
