  Absolutely Terrible Experience — Eyemart Express Takes No Responsibility I would give Eyemart Express zero stars if I could. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I brought my glasses into Eyemart Express for a simple adjustment, and their employee broke them while making the adjustment. You would think a company would take responsibility when one of its employees damages a customer's $800 glasses while servicing them. Apparently not. When I asked them to fix the glasses, I was told they were "out of warranty" and there was nothing they would do. That excuse is completely unacceptable. The glasses weren't broken because of normal wear and tear, and I didn't break them. Eyemart Express broke them while they were adjusting them. Hiding behind a warranty expiration instead of taking responsibility for damage caused by their own employee is incredibly poor business practice. To add insult to injury, I went to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and purchased a new pair for approximately $400—half of what Eyemart Express charged me for my original glasses at $800. So not only did Eyemart Express break my glasses, they refused to make it right, and I subsequently found essentially the same type of purchase elsewhere for half the price. After paying $800, I expected significantly better quality and customer service. Instead, I was left with broken glasses and a company that apparently believes its warranty is more important than taking responsibility for its own actions. Eyemart Express broke my glasses and then refused to do anything about it. That's not customer service—that's passing the problem onto the customer and hoping they go away. I will never spend another dollar at Eyemart Express, and I strongly recommend considering other options before giving this company your business. Based on my experience, there are better choices—and apparently much cheaper ones.

  Been wearing glassy for 54yrs, first time i have ever had to ask for a refund. 1 month, 7 trips (60 miles round trip), remade lens several times making changes to the strength without doing recheck (guess work). Finally did recheck and remade lenses, still no good. Their suggestion (Manager and Optometrist agreed) take my old prescription from 3yrs ago , add power to it and make new lenses. Epic fail!!! The only positive thing from this experience was the staff. With so many trips into the office, I got to spend considerable amount of time with good people.
