  Love that I can go to one building for the majority of what my family needs medically. Dr haluska is our favorite pediatrician we have EVER met and we are so thankful to have such an amazing staff to help our son live his best and most healthy life! Absolutely recommend.

  Dr. Megan App at NorthShore Health Centers in Chesterton provided me with such wonderful care throughout my pregnancy and delivery journey. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and supported. I truly felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. She is the best 👌 The entire staff at NorthShore Health Centers was also amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to appointments. They created a positive and caring environment that made every visit feel comfortable and less stressful. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Megan App and the whole team to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN provider.

  I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. I asked a simple question about whether the area would be numbed before the procedure, but her tone was rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable. During the Nexplanon removal, she seemed to struggle and kept making comments about how it was placed by my previous doctor, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. What upset me the most was that after finishing, she mentioned doing an exam to check for cancer without explaining it properly or being sensitive about it. This caused me a lot of anxiety. Overall, her attitude was poor, and I did not feel respected or cared for during my visit. I believe better communication and professionalism are needed.

  I went to the NorthShore Health Center in Chesterton. I walked in and had a short wait before heading back. As a person, who a struggles with Dental visits and has huge anxiety I was very nervous. The person, who did my dental health history and xray was amazing, very respectful, listened attentively and explained the entire process to ease my anxiety. I was introduced to the lady, who would completed the periomeasurements of my gums. At this point, both of them were humming and singing to the music, which was super relaxing. They made small talk about what movie the music was from, laughed and joked while knocking out the gum check and explained my situation specifically and step by step. They helped me to apply for sliding scale fees and explained costs upfront. Then, I was greeted by the dentist, who before beginning any work spoke at length about my visit. More importantly, we spoke about my health history and kindly explained how they were related to my dental history. We then reviewed what things would look like moving forward step by step. She listened attentively, was kind and gentle. She was very throughout in explanations and allowed for choices to be reviewed and offered explanations on how we would progress and respected my questions and decisions. I have never had such a pleasant experience from reception to future appointment planning. They managed to restore my faith in dental and will be my established provider moving forward.
