I feel so spiritually replenished and physically relaxed when I leave. She is very accommodating, and I love the pace at which she instructs. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to try yoga and meditation. (I am a ClassPass user)
- JLJennifer LarsonSep 4, 20265.0I really enjoyed the Y6 Slow Flow class with Nisha! I’ve done yoga before, but it’s not something I practice regularly, so this class was a perfect fit for me. I felt comfortable with all of the poses while still feeling like I got a great stretch and practice in. Nisha was very knowledgeable and gave clear, easy-to-follow directions, and the flow and pace of the class were great. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so glad I went. I’ll definitely be back! 🧘♀️❤️
