Lori was most knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. We ended up purchasing a small Jazzy chair. They were awesome to work with. Highly recommend!

We both have immediately enjoyed the VivaLIFT Power Recliners. Michele was very helpful and not pushy. Like how she showed me how to take the Power Chair down for loading and she made me do it to confirm understanding. Michele is a real Energy Giver! A high compliment!

The new scooter arrived within a week and lined up perfectly with the rental return, which made everything much easier. What really stood out is how much they care. When you are dealing with sudden mobility issues, it can feel overwhelming. Lori and Michelle were understanding and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Communication was easy and logistics were flexible. They even suggested I record a video so that I could remember the mechanics of the scooter later. I highly recommend them!
