Doc keeps me informed with my treatments and explains things to me so that I can understand. They also take care of the hassle talking with my insurance. I drive an hour, round trip, for my appointments. I highly recommend this practice! Communication is key, and they have it.

For years, I suffered from persistent neck pain, sciatic nerve issues, and other discomforts. After a while, you start to think the pain is just part of life – something you deal with until it gets unbearable, and then you take Ibuprofen to get by. When I visited the doctor, they took some X-rays, which clearly explained the root of my pain problems. That insight alone was a game changer. We’ve been working on my treatment, and I’ve also been diligent with my stretches at home as recommended. In just about a week or so, I’ve already noticed some relief, which is incredible considering how long I’ve dealt with these issues. If you’re hesitant or unfamiliar with chiropractic care like I was, I highly recommend this office. The doctor is thorough, caring, and truly invested in helping you feel better. It’s been a significant solution for me, and I’m optimistic about the progress ahead.

- YYYvonneJan 29, 20245.0A big shout out to Function First and Dr. Grabinski. This place is amazing. You are treated as a person not just another patient. Dr. Grabinski truly listens and answers any questions you have. She will put together a game plan tailored for your specific needs. Having various back issues for over 30 years the route for me (was and is) spinal decompression which has brought extensive relief not only for my back but also with my neuropathy. I highly recommend this place.
