  I have used Apotheco for my skin care prescriptions for several years. Over the years they have saved me a LOT of money. I'm not sure how they work the magic with the costs of some of these very expensive medications, but they sure do! These medications would cost me several times over what Apotheco charges, even with my insurance. Recently, I ordered a medication and it was shipped by USPS. I was notified that my order was received but never got a notification that it had shipped. I was not provided a tracking number. When I ran out of this medication 10 days later I realized I had never received it and contacted Apotheco to troubleshoot. The CSR informed me that it was shown as delivered to my parcel locker, and she provided me a tracking number at that time and told me I would have to contact the USPS to find the package. She was not at all helpful. At this point I was (a) annoyed that I had given Apotheco my money for a prescription I never received and they felt their responsibility stopped with taking my money, and (b) out of my daily medication and trying to figure out how to get that medication. I asked the CSR when my refill would be availble and she ignored me. I asked the CSR if I could get an early refill or replacement and she ignored me. When pressed, she said she would need to contact the pharmacy manager and they would call me, and ended the call. I did receive a voicemail later from the pharmacy manager, but they were equally unhelpful and just told me I would have to follow up with USPS, no follow up on getting me my missing medication. I give one star for the cost savings this pharmacy provides. But I do believe a pharmacy should have some concern for a client having their needed medications and help them troubleshoot how to get those medications in a situation where a shipping snafu leaves them in a lurch. To have zero concerns or helpfulness about that feels a lot like all they care about is the money, and not the client.

  I used them for the first time and I am disappointed in the service. They harassed me with multiple texts and emails asking me to place my order. When I finally did, they gave me a delivery date that has come and gone, but I still don't have my medicine. I called and left a message. They called me back the next day to say the delivery would come the following day. That day came and went as well. I still don't have my meds. They told me I have to track it down with usps. So in a nutshell, they care about you spending money with them, but they don't seem to care when or if you get the medicine or not.

  We’ve been getting a prescription from here for a few years. Even after clicking autofill through the site and calling and being assured it is on auto refill by a real person, we have to call EVERY month to get the med refilled. Now we called on 8/21, were charged on 8/24 and still haven’t received the medication and have now run out. It’s truly exhausting. We will be letting the doctor know on Monday that we’d like to pursue other options for this hard to get medication. We are over it.

  Terrible communication- the first time I ordered the wanted to deliver but did not bring on the day they promised. The second time they told me would deliver in 2-4 days but I said I would pick it up. Then they said they had to order it and would call when ready- about 9 days later they called and asked when I was going to pick it up because it had been there waiting for a week. I would not recommend them and will definitely not be using them again.

  I ordered my medication 4 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered to my door. So much for the quality and care of a courier service. Now I have to wait until Monday to call to get answers. Very disappointed and will it be using this pharmacy again.
