The testing was painless and I wasn’t pressured to make a purchase at the same time.

Brandy Wells provided me with outstanding service during my appointment for hearing aids. She is extremely thorough and demonstrates a very high level of proficiency when answering all questions. Brandy has one of the highest levels of customer service i have seen in my 55 years of retail. i would recommend her for anyone needing hearing aids.

Brandy Wells is excellent at her job. She is so attentive with her clients and puts them at ease by explaining in detail how she can help them. This is very reassuring and you do not feel rushed into making a decision not suitable for you. She's a professional and makes you feel comfortable being there.
