  I chose this office because they asked about my previous chiropractic experiences and assured me they would address my concerns. Unfortunately, I never felt heard. I repeatedly explained that the treatments and adjustments weren’t helping and that my pain was getting worse, but my concerns were consistently dismissed. They even had me fill out a long survey midway into treatment but nothing was done about it. No one went over it with me. They promoted themselves as providing individualized care, but that’s not what I got. Just generic treatment plans not focused on my issue. When I came in with excruciating pain today, the only recommendation was to increase my visits to twice a week for the same adjustments that hadn’t been helping-all while paying out of pocket. I was just told it’s normal for me to be in pain due to my condition when all I’m looking for is just a bit of relief. No alternative suggestions or guidance were offered. Did not actually take the time to assess my issues properly or listen to me. They just expect me to keep paying for services that are not helping and wasting money. It would be nice to have a health care professional who prioritizes the needs of a patient rather than just focusing on having someone pay over and over again for a treatment that doesn’t help. I understand that not every treatment works for every patient, but I expected someone who would listen, reassess my care, and offer other options when my symptoms worsened. Instead, I left feeling unheard and very disappointed.

  Very welcoming staff as soon as you enter the doors. The entire office is new and well kept. I always leave feeling better

  The doctor and the staff was amazing made me very comfortable they explained everything so that I could have a full understanding they didn't let one stone be unturned I think them very dearly for their time and explanation and getting ready to help me on to my recovery

  I've been going to AFC for 4 or 5 years for back and neck issues. Dr. Phil has pretty much eliminated all of those issues. Can't thank him enough. The front staff is also amazing. They are so friendly and helpful when I go. Thanks so much Active Family Chiropractic!
