- DWDarmelia WileyAug 11, 20264.0I feel that the overall service was nice but you pay and all you get is your glasses and a wipe and if you want glass cleaner you have to pay for it I that is overall ridiculous

- IRIndy “Indyrpm” rpmJul 8, 20261.0Horrible experience! Had my lenses remade 4 times, still not right, they screwed up the PD measurement this time. Blamed the optometrist, had a recheck and numbers were right on. On the 4th remake I can only focus with one eye at a time. Unbelievable! Went to VisionWorks and had lenses made, and they are wonderful. After $500 for glasses I highly advise you don’t have glasses done here!

Last 2 yrs I went elsewhere (im not gonna call em out tho) and this was by far 75% better experience overall, especially the price... From the Optometrist to the customer service representatives & entire staff, so helpful, kind & genuinely want to ensure you are happy w/ their service & purchase! I about fell out my chair when she gave me the total... it was that suprising & that awesome! And the selection of glasses were great as well & they explained waaay more options then other places I have been! They have definately earned me as a customer & I will be sending others their way that inquire about eyecare! I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Extremely happy w/ my purchase!!!
