The physicians at Avon Family Health are here to partner with your entire family to improve health and wellness. We are committed to helping you achieve the pursuit of a healthy life. Services include child and adult well assessments, preventative care, newborn care, immunizations and allergy shots, hearing and vision screenings, care for acute and chronic conditions, sports/camp physical exams, employment physical exams, minor fracture care, minor surgical procedures, injections to treat arthritis and joint pain, testing and evaluating for asthma and other lung conditions, initial cardiac evaluation including EKGs and more. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA.
