Edit: As you can see, they responded to this review. I actually did send my feedback to them, as they suggested on 3/23/26. The auto reply says that they will respond within 5 business days....its now May and it has been crickets. What a joke! 😆
They will scam you! Beware!! Came in for an eye appointment at the end of December, usually I get contacts and glasses and usually purchase acuvue oasys contact lenses. I rarely wear my contacts, so the DR had me try out daily lenses for a week to see if I liked them, her suggestion, not mine. I usually order contacts online (1800contacts), as they are more affordable, but I always see what offers are available from the DR before purchasing elsewhere. The worker that helped me pick out my glasses and gave me the options of contacts completely lied to me, making me think it was a better deal to purchase with them, instead of going elsewhere. I asked; how much would a years supply cost? She gave me the price and said that it also comes with a $225 mail in rebate. The price was reasonable, but the mail in rebate made it a deal I couldn't beat elsewhere, so thinking I'm getting an amazing deal, it excitedly tell her; let's do it! She rings me up for glasses and contacts, says the contacts will be delivered to my home and they will call me when my glasses are ready. Mind you, this is mid January at this time and my insurance runs out at the end of January. Well, 1 week before the end of January and my contacts arrive. I cut off the barcodes to process my mail in rebate and something isn't adding up....after a few minutes, I realize, I only received 6 months of contacts, not 1 year. So I call Target, they apologize and say, that the girl only rang me up for a year supply for ONE EYE, and that i would only be entitled to a $50 mail in rebate, not $225. Now, that means I only paid for half and that great deal that they advertised to me was a complete lie. If I purchase 6 more months, it will then be significantly more expensive than what I could have purchased online. She also said that they will likely give me a refund and let me keep the contacts since I already opened the boxes to cut out the barcodes, but that a manager will call me back. 5 days until my insurance runs out, I get a phone call. All they say is "sorry, the girl doesn't remember what she told you when your purchased. We can give you a refund if you bring the contacts in". I told her that the contacts have already been opened and she still wanted me to return them!! This is a major hygiene and safety no no!! Regardless off that, if I do return them and get a refund, I then have to wait for my insurance to process that reversal and try to use my insurance online with another company with only 5 business days left. This was not possible for me, so here I am, stuck with a 6 month supply of daily lenses that I paid way too much for, all because the sales person told me lies at the time of purchase. Will never be back, do not give them your money!!!
