  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I followed all instructions from the clinic before my appointment and even changed my PCP to Umang Patel as requested because I have an HMO insurance plan. Despite that, during the visit I was seen by a completely different provider, Pooja Patel, who was out of network. At no point was I informed about this change or warned that the visit would not be covered. As a result, my insurance denied the claim and I was billed $247 for a provider I never selected myself. Patients with HMO plans depend on clinics to assign in-network providers correctly. Instead, the mistake was pushed onto the patient. I spent weeks dealing with billing departments, escalation teams, insurance appeals, phone calls, and repeated explanations of the same issue. Nobody took real responsibility, communication between departments was extremely poor, and the entire process felt disorganized and unfair. The most frustrating part is that even after acknowledging the scheduling confusion, the clinic still expected the patient to absorb the cost of their own internal mistake. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted hours of my time, and completely damaged my trust in this clinic.

  I came in for testing and the service was unable to be completed because they did not have the test materials on hand, I was then was charged for said service anyway, despite forms being filled out incorrectly by the doctor (making the forms useless, as the dates the doctor wrote went against the form’s requirements, and since no testing was done). When I called to politely dispute the charge, I was continuously brushed aside and ignored. I will not be returning and would not recommend if you want good customer service and an office that cares about doing the right thing and communicating. I would recommend Advocate instead.

  Very dirty rooms please clean them!! Had forms for no shots and doctor refused to sign them. She said she’s done it before for other people but won’t for me because my child already started a few and then proceeded to charge me $700 when my insurance is accepted here and I can’t even understand what anyone is saying when they call me English please!!!! Then they can’t spell my daughter’s name right even when I correct them three times for forms for school including the address being wrong This is ridiculous then I take my daughter in after she got her physical already for shots and the doctor tries to perform another physical on her in front of two men who are new I said absolutely NOT I’m not having two random man look at my daughter this is beyond gross I will not come back and since no one can correct the insurance that is accepted here I will not even bother for this place they do not listen and need to have a cleaning crew come in here because these rooms are disgusting and you give shots in them to babies which is so not acceptable ew ew ew

  “First impression is the best impression,” and unfortunately mine was poor. I booked through the Duly app, but there was a mismatch in my appointment details at check-in. When I tried to explain, the front desk staff(Asian looking one) was rude, dismissive, and made sarcastic comments instead of helping. It seemed like an issue with the app, not me, but the lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating. As a first-time patient, I won’t be returning.

  My daughter has been going here since she was born. Is 13 now. And now all of a sudden they turn duly and don’t accept her insurance. You can never talk to someone from the clinic you always have to talk to duly. Im really upset about this. But guess me and my family just needed to find better doctors anyway. Don’t go here if you can find something better choose the better option. It’s nothing but a hassle and duly is no help.
