Dr. Amber Dawson was absolutely excellent — very thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully ensure my prescription was accurate. I truly appreciated how attentive and meticulous she was during the entire exam. After that, I was assisted by Diana in choosing my frames, and she made the process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this place — both the doctor and the staff are amazing!

They are friendly, but I spent a lot more money than I wanted to and it seemed almost nothing was covered by insurance. Came again this year for another exam, and though they sent me several communications for me to verify my appointment (which I did), they did not check my insurance, which hasn't changed. They waited until I got there in person to tell me that their particular location no longer accepts my insurance, but they could offer me a discount. They weren't rude about it, but also did not apologize for wasting my time, and seemed surprised that I no longer wanted my exam with them.
