Dr. Barsky was extremely pleasant, professional, and took the time to walk me through my eye exam and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how comfortable she made the entire experience. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful while I browsed their selection of glasses. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Barsky and the team at Pearle Vision to anyone looking for a great eye care experience!

Rude, Not transparent practice - per insurance website the patient responsibility was only $10 copay for an eye exam and eye care, however when I came in, the receptionist and the doctor both demanded that I pay $35/39 on top of $10 for additional imaging services or the doctor would not see me. I said I don’t want additional paid services and would like to leave, they demanded $50 cancellation fee. Which was extremely rude as I didn’t cancel the appointment and actually was right there in the office. Instead of apologizing for mishap, the doctor waisted my time demanding that I’d either pay cancellation fee or pay for additional services that I didn’t want.I asked her one last time if she can do the services that my insurance covers, she said no, I said I’m ok with that, got up and left. provider being so pushy is a major red flag.
