- DMDaniela MilinkovichJul 1, 20262.0This was my first time at this Pearl Vision. I’ve been going to a different Pearl in the city for many years and recently moved this way. The staff were friendly and the service was fine. My big reason for giving only 2 stars is the price difference. For the exact same service, products, and with the same insurance, they charged me almost double what I’ve been paying at the other Pearl Vision. It was partially my fault for assuming that pricing would be similar. Last year I paid about $190.00 all in with contacts (before any rebates). At this location, I paid about $370.00. It seems unethical that the pricing can be so much more; for that reason I will not be returning.

- SSSVIP90PJun 12, 20261.0Be very careful with the billing practices at this location. I ended up walking out and completely wasting my time here today. During my visit, the staff repeatedly and aggressively insisted that a $39 Digital Retinal Imaging screening was mandatory to complete my exam. However, their own official intake paperwork explicitly states right at the bottom that it is an "optional additional procedure" with a box to decline it. Forcing or pressuring patients to pay out-of-pocket fees for elective screenings by claiming they are required is incredibly dishonest. When I refused to pay the optional upcharge, they wouldn't budge, so I chose to leave. Watch your paperwork closely if you visit this place.

This place is no longer in my neighborhood but I didn't mind traveling for the great customer service. Diana is always wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. Michelle was equally as nice. Dr. Dawson really has passion for what she does. No 2 second exam. I love this place, these employees, and their cute fashionable glasses. Visit!
