The first time I got in my car my neck was loser when I was driving. There was no resistance when I moved my head. The second time my friends commented on my posture being more erect and I felt my walking more fluid less jerky. Even day to day stresses cause our body to become stiff. So I am hooked. Stretchlab all the way!
