StretchLab Willowbrook offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

The first time I got in my car my neck was loser when I was driving. There was no resistance when I moved my head. The second time my friends commented on my posture being more erect and I felt my walking more fluid less jerky. Even day to day stresses cause our body to become stiff. So I am hooked. Stretchlab all the way!
